5K ROAD RACE
The 5K course is certified to be accurate by the USA Track & Field/Road Running Technical Council  (NY08029JG). The race starts on North Greece Road, 4/10's of a mile north of the entrance to Grace & Truth SportsPark.  Split times will be given at the 1, 2 & 3 mile marks and water will be available at the halfway point.  A 5K digital clock will be located at the finish line.  The 5K race is part of the 2008 Rochester Runner of the Year Series.   Click here to view the USATF certified 5K course map

JIM DALBERTH SPORTING GOODS 10 MILE ROAD RACE
The 10 Mile Road race was designed for runners who prefer the challenge of a longer race. The 10 mile course is also USATF certified (NY07029JG). The race starts on North Greece Road, 1/2 mile north of the entrance to Grace & Truth SportsPark.  Water stops, as well as split timers, will be located at the 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 mile marks.  A 10 mile digital clock will be located at the finish line.  Click here to view the USATF certified 10 mile course map 

5K FITNESS WALK
There is a USATF certified 5K fitness walk available for those who prefer not to run. Walkers are eligible for all of the post race amenities. This is a non-competitive walk.  The walkers will be doing the same 5K course as the runners and will start at the same time.  All walkers will be required to start in the back of the pack for obvious safety reasons. 

WHEELCHAIR DIVISION
All wheelchair athletes, regardless of age, are welcome & encouraged to participate in the 5K race. Volunteers will be assigned to handle any special needs that may arise.  Sponsored by Suburban Disposal.

UPSTATE HOMECARE KIDS KORNER
The 1/2 Mile Fun Run is open to all children ages 12 and under.  Awards will be presented to the top 2 male & female runners in each of 4 age groups (6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12).

The 1/4 Mile Fun Run is open to all children ages 6 and under.  Awards will be presented to the top 2 male & female runners in each of 2 age groups (4 & under, 5-6).

All fun run participants will receive a finishing ribbon.  Greece Paint Alley Clowns will be on hand to entertain the children throughout the morning.

PCR Timing Services will provide a fully computerized finish line for both the 5K and 10 Mile road races. All runners will be using the state of the art DAG timing system to ensure accurate & timely race results.

For the safety of everyone involved pets, rollerblades & headsets will not be allowed on the course.

For your safety & protection, the Greece Special Police Dept will control traffic on all course routes and Monroe Ambulance will provide emergency medical services to those in need.

REGISTRATION, FEES & TEES
Registration and race packet pickup will be available at the Grace & Truth SportsPark on Friday, October 17 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 18 from 7:00 - 8:45 a.m.                   Kids can register for the fun run until 9:45 a.m.

Entry Fees for the 5K & 10 Mile Road Races & the 5K Fitness Walk:
$17.00 postmarked by October 4, 2008
$20.00 postmarked after October 4, 2008
$25.00 for all race day registrants (October 18, 2008)

Entry fee for the fun run:
$5.00 (pre & post) and includes the post race party (but not a T-shirt).

The first 1500 registrants will receive a multi-color T-shirt custom designed by Mobile Graphics of Victor.
